Personal plans: we accept credit cards, no Paypal etc.
Corporate plans: we accept credit cards and bank/wire transfers.
2. Billing Information
To access your billing information, go to Settings > Billing Information where you are able to:
Change your credit card details
Change your address
Change your VAT information
See previous invoices
3. Refunds
First, please refer to Synthesia Terms Of Service.
To request a refund (or partial refund), please get in touch with our support team. We will issue any refund as soon as possible to the payment method used for the original purchase.
It usually takes 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account. Please contact your bank if there are any unexpected delays.
4. Discounts
We currently do not have discounts or special plans for non-profits or educational institutions. If you require a corporate plan for an educational institution or non-profit organisation please contact our sales team.
