You manage your Interactive Avatars from the Interactive Avatars section of Synthesia. You can find your Avatars, check their status, edit and publish changes, and review conversations.
✍️ Interactive Avatars is in beta. Features and options can change.
Find Your Interactive Avatars
The Interactive Avatars page shows your Avatars as cards. To find an Avatar, search by name, use the Last updated menu to sort, and use All statuses to filter by status. Switch between grid and list views. Select New Interactive Avatar to create another Avatar.
Understand Statuses
Each Interactive Avatar shows one of three statuses:
Draft: The Avatar has not been published.
Live: The Avatar is published.
Unpublished changes: The Avatar has changes that have not been published.
Edit an Interactive Avatar
To change an Interactive Avatar:
Under Tools, select Interactive Avatars.
Select the Avatar you want to change.
On the Build tab, change the Avatar, instructions, greeting, voice, or knowledge base.
Select Update in the editor header to publish your changes.
Review Conversation Analytics
Synthesia shows conversation results for your whole workspace and for each Avatar. To review them, select Analytics in the Interactive Avatars section.
The page shows these measures for your workspace:
Conversations
Minutes
Average duration
Connection rate
Under By Interactive Avatar, you can see each Interactive Avatar’s share of your workspace’s conversations and minutes. To review one Avatar, select the Avatar in this list.
An Avatar’s analytics show the same four measures. The Conversations list shows each conversation’s start time, duration, outcome, transcript, deployment, and tags. To read a transcript, open the conversation.
To narrow the list, filter by tag with key=value, or choose a deployment from All deployments. Select Export CSV to export the list.
Turn Off or Remove Access
To stop visitors from using a deployment without deleting it, turn off the toggle next to its Live status on the Deploy tab. To remove a deployment, open its ... menu and select Delete. To learn more, check out How do I deploy an Interactive Avatar?
