How to Enable and Configure JIT Provisioning
Go to your organization's settings in Synthesia.
Under Collaboration ā Authentication settings, enable the feature by toggling on Auto-capture new users.
Select a default workspace where new users will be added.
In the Billing tab of your organization settings, choose a default license type for these new users.
When a new user logs in through app.synthesia.io:
The user is added to the default workspace you selected.
The user is assigned the default license you specified
š¬ FAQs
Why isn't JIT provisioning working for my new users?
Why isn't JIT provisioning working for my new users?
A few things can cause this. First, confirm your organization meets the requirements:
Enterprise plan, an Organization set up, and SSO enabled and working.
Check your configuration: make sure Auto-capture new users is toggled on under Collaboration ā Authentication settings, and that a default workspace and license type are both selected.
JIT provisioning depends on SSO working correctly ā if a user isn't part of the right workspace, is blocked by an admin, or their email doesn't match your identity provider, provisioning won't succeed either.
