Just-in-Time (JIT) Provisioning is a feature that automatically adds new users from your organization’s domain to Synthesia as soon as they log in using Single Sign-On (SSO). This process removes the need for manual invitations and ensures a seamless onboarding experience.
How to Enable and Configure JIT Provisioning
Go to your organization’s settings in Synthesia.
Under Collaboration -> Authentication settings, enable the feature by toggling on Auto-capture new users.
Select a default workspace where new users will be automatically added.
In the billing tab, choose a default license type for these new users.
When a new user logs in through app.synthesia.io:
The user is automatically added to the default workspace you selected.
The user is assigned the default license you specified.
