If the option to download your video is unavailable or you're seeing a message about restricted access, it likely means you're on the Synthesia Free Plan, which does not include video downloads.
How to enable downloads
To download your video, follow these steps:
Click the Unlock downloads button.
Choose either the Starter or Creator Plan and click Upgrade.
If you're interested in the Enterprise Plan, select the Book demo option to speak with our team.
On an Enterprise Plan but still can't download?
If you're on an Enterprise Plan and the download option is unavailable, check whether your video includes interactive elements. Videos that contain interactive elements, such as buttons or branching logic, cannot be downloaded. These features are designed for interactive playback within the Synthesia platform and are not supported in downloaded formats.
