How do I fix the "you don't have permissions for avatars" error?

This message indicates that you're trying to use avatars or voices in your video that you don't have permission or access to.

Written by Meg

πŸ“Œ Avatar and voice sharing is only available on Enterprise plans. To upgrade your plan, book a demo with our sales team.

This error occurs when one or more avatars or voices in your video are not accessible to you, either because of plan restrictions or because the assets have not been shared with you.

To resolve this error

  1. Review each scene in your video to identify which avatars and voices are in use.

  2. Replace any avatars or voices you do not have access to with ones available on your current plan.

  3. If the video uses a custom avatar or voice clone, the user who created those assets controls access to them.

  4. If you believe you should have access to all the avatars and voices in the video but are still seeing this error, contact the Support Team.

✍️ Custom avatars and voice clones can only be shared between members of the same workspace. To learn more, see the How do I share custom avatars and voices? article.
