In some cases, the ElevenLabs instant voice cloning that powers our in-app voice cloning and Personal Avatars cannot always preserve the of non-native English speakers, as ElevenLabs only has English accent data for US, UK, Australian, and Canada English.

Once purchased and trained, you are able to import the clone into Synthesia.
Importing voice clones from ElevenLabs is only available to our Enterprise Plan users.
